Returns & Exchanges
At Thomson & Scott, we take pride in the quality of our non-alcoholic wines and spirits; however, if your order arrives damaged or incorrect, we offer a hassle-free return process within 14 days of delivery. Please note that for safety and hygiene reasons, we can only accept returns on unopened bottles in their original packaging.
Return Process
- 1.Contact Support
Email our customer service team with your order number and a brief explanation of the issue, including photos if the product arrived damaged.
- 2.Receive Authorization
Our team will review your request and provide a Return Merchandise Authorization (RMA) number along with the specific return shipping address.
- 3.Pack and Ship
Safely repack the unopened bottles in their original transit packaging to prevent breakage and ship them back to us using a tracked courier service.
- 4.Refund Processing
Once our warehouse inspects the returned items, we will issue a full refund to your original payment method within 5 to 7 business days.
